Weirich Consulting Services, Inc. hires its own employees and assigns them in support roles to supplement (staff augmentation) our customer's workforce in situations including specific skill shortages, fluctuation in work load, special or new projects, and projected absences/vacations. WCSI handles the entire weekly payroll and associated costs while guaranteeing that our assigned temporary employees have the skills and experience to meet or exceed your job requires.
Temp-to-Hire
WCSI encourages this option when our customer has a full-time position to fill. A selected candidate from WCSI is assigned to our customer for a trial period of work. During this time, you have the opportunity to observe the candidate's job performance and consider establishing a "permanent" employment relationship. If you decide to hire a WCSI candidate, you are billed on a convenient prorated fee scale.
Direct Hire
This "permanent hire" alternative provides you with the option of hiring a specific candidate immediately to your staff. Our direct hire alternative is to provide you with some of the highest quality screened candidates possible.
On-Site-Vendor
This option is WCSI's solution to your high volume, long-term, technical staffing needs. By placing a WCSI On-Site Manager at your location who has the background to fully understand your operation and objective milestones, your staff is relieved from devoting countless hours to finding and managing a contingent workforce. Our On-Site Managers can schedule and supervise, provide safety and risk management training, coordinate specific training, and insure seamless operations between your permanent staff and the WCSI staff.
Payrolling Service
For what ever reason, it may be impractical for you to place candidates you've recruited on your own payroll service. WCSI invites you to save time and money by utilizing WCSI’s Payrolling option. For the simple reason that our role as recruiter is eliminated, your hourly bill rate will be substantially less than our customary bill rate.
